If you want to upgrade your RHF4, RHF5, RHF55, or RHV4 VNT to the conventional actuated applications, the custom-built TD04L frame has the same manifold measurements as the stock. It offers an excellent solution for increasing the power output of your engine. The Kinugawa TD04L turbochargers are renowned for their superb response and overall flow potential, making them ideal for mildly tuned applications. However, these turbochargers may need more efficiency if you require higher boost levels. That's why the turbine and compressor wheel combination is an excellent choice, providing more power throughout the rev range with various options and a larger diameter than the factory turbocharger. Opt for this upgrade to experience enhanced performance and power output for your vehicle.




Application
It's not a bolt-on type, but the turbine housing has the same RHF4 / RHF5 / RHF55 / RHV4 inlet flange dimension for ease of installation on the factory manifold.

Note 1: The IHI RHF5 RHF4 series 4-bolt turbochargers come with various orientations but with the same inlet and outlet positions for the turbine housing. You can adjust the orientation or let us know if you need help before shipping. Just send us photos for reference, and we'll gladly assist you.



Note 2: The compressor cover inlet and outlet are larger than the stock turbo but have plenty of engine room to fit it. It's easy to reduce or increase the inlet/outlet size for the intercooler with the after-market silicon hoses. It has slightly more lag than the factory turbo, increasing power more at the top of the rev range.
