- Kinugawa Mitsubishi Starion turbo (without turbine housing) TD05-18G Upgrade with adjustable Actuator directly bolt-on to the stock turbine housing. Gets more airflow up to 40%.
Application
- Upgrade Stock TD05-12A (stock 40/54 mm)to 18G (50.3/68 mm) Monster turbo.
- Fit TD05-12A / TC05-12A Starion 6cm or 8cm
- Fit 49178-01730, 49178-01740
- It DOES NOT FIT 49178-01750 and 49178-01760 turbo with TD05H larger turbine wheel.
- 1982- Mitsubishi Starion, Conquest YDC Engine with 49178-01600 turbo.
- 1990-94 Mitsubishi Starion 4G54 / G54B Engine with 49178-01730 turbo
Wheel
- Compressor Wheel: 50.3 / 68mm (6+6 blades for low-end torque and 11+0 blades for top-end speed)
- Turbine Wheel: 56.4 / 47.4 (TD05 STD 12 Blades Wheel)
Bearing System
- Oil and water cooling
- Journal bearing system with 360-degree performance thrust bearing kit
Actuator Pressure
- 1.0 bar / 14.7 psi is the default.
- Please contact us if you need to change to 0.3 bar, 0.5 bar, 0.8 bar, 1.2 bar, 1.5 bar, 1.7 bar, or 2.0 bar actuator.
BOV or BCV
The suggestion of spring color when wastegate actuator pressure range setup.
- 1 x Green Spring: 5-15 Psi (default setup)
- 1 x Yellow Spring: 15-23 Psi
- 1 x Blue Spring: 23-30 Psi
